Greenwich Sees Largest CRE Deal in Nearly a Decade

In the largest office space sale here since 2007, 411 W. Putnam Ave. – also known as Wexford Plaza—has changed hands. The 100,155-square-foot, Class A building was purchased by JMC Holdings, a New York City-based firm, for nearly $52 million. The seller was identified as 411 Properties LLC com.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank senior managing directors Stephen Westerberg and Kim Mowers, along with EVP and managing director James Ritman and EVP and regional manager Mike Cottle negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer.
